Logitech has introduced a new, innovative pen-shaped controller for the Meta Quest platform, designed to make creating in virtual and augmented reality more intuitive. Priced at ₹10,800, the Logitech MX Ink stylus is now available and can be paired with the Meta Quest 3S, Quest 3, and Quest 2 headsets via the Meta Quest app. This stylus provides a much-needed alternative to bulkier Quest controllers, especially for artists who are used to working with traditional drawing tablets.

The MX Ink stylus is crafted to offer a more natural feel when used in 2D and 3D creative software, such as Open Brush, Gravity Sketch, and Adobe Substance 3D Modeler. Artists will find this tool handy for tasks like drawing, sculpting, and manipulating objects within virtual environments. Developers can integrate MX Ink compatibility into their apps, allowing more seamless interaction between VR tools and real-world artistry.

Logitech’s MX Ink stylus marks a technological milestone, as it’s the first time that the Meta Quest platform can support more than two paired controllers at once. This means users can switch between the stylus and traditional Quest controllers without losing functionality or disrupting their workflow. With features like haptics and pressure sensitivity, the stylus mimics the feel of a real pen, enhancing precision in virtual creations.

The stylus offers up to seven hours of battery life and can be recharged either via USB-C or with a stylish inkwell-style charging base, available in a pricier ₹14,150 bundle. Weighing in at 28.5 grams, the MX Ink stylus is slightly chunky but still provides an ergonomic feel for extended use in creative sessions.
