Leaked Renders Reveal Affordable Alternative to Legion Go

Lenovo appears ready to cater to budget-conscious gamers with a more affordable handheld gaming PC, the Legion Go S. Leaks suggest this device could debut at a price of ₹33,000, undercutting its predecessor, the Legion Go, which launched at ₹57,750.

Key Specifications and Design Tweaks

The Legion Go S is rumored to feature AMD’s Rembrandt APU powered by Zen 3+ cores, marking a step down from the Zen 4-based Ryzen Z1 Extreme in the original Legion Go. Design updates include:

  • Non-removable grips and triggers, similar to the Asus ROG Ally.

  • Circular D-pad replacing the four-way version.

  • RGB lighting and two USB-C ports on top.

  • A TrackPoint-style nub mouse instead of a touchpad.

Affordable Gaming with Trade-offs

While compromises in performance are expected, the Legion Go S offers essential features in a sleek design, including a white colorway and solid build quality. It’s a potential game-changer for handheld PC gaming enthusiasts seeking a more budget-friendly alternative.

Stay tuned for official announcements from Lenovo to confirm specs, pricing, and availability.
